With over twelve years of experience in the construction industry, I am proud to co-own White Oak Construction. My journey in this field has been both challenging and rewarding, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of construction and real estate remodeling.Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family. My wife and I have two wonderful children, Santiago (5) and Alessio (3). Our days are filled with their baseball and soccer practices and games, and we make it a point to go on family walks and play in the park every day.
I am also passionate about staying active. I play soccer every Sunday in a local league and enjoy regular workouts at the gym. I graduated from the University of Montevallo in 2015, and since then, I’ve been dedicated to both my professional and personal growth.
From a young age Toby was driven to be a business owner. Growing up in South Florida he began his entrepreneurial quest by building a property maintenance business, which he sold after 15 years of grass roots growth. Raised by a single mom and learning to be the man of the house, he learned to fix, repair and remodel from an early age. He has extensive experience from bath, to kitchen, to complete remodels of homes he invested in as well as partnering with other investors. Today he is passionate about home remodeling and aspires to provide top quality craftsman for his clients. His attention to detail is above most others and pride in his work is his daily driver.
When not working Toby cherishes time with his family- wife Sarah and children Oaklyn, Finley, Wade and newest baby Harbor. His hobbies include fishing, boating or anything on the water. He also enjoys spending Sunday mornings with his family attending church.
As an entrepreneur, with over 20 years of experience in real estate and construction, since Greg was young, he has always wanted to be a part of a residential construction company that focused on relationship, honesty, and doing the right thing. Greg Garcia has served in several leadership roles in his career, from multiple PM positions, to Director of Project Management for CBRE. This body of work taught Mr. Garcia how to assemble, manage, and challenge high-performing teams across every aspect of construction in order to deliver the most value for his clients.
In his free time, Greg enjoys pickleball, being a girl-dad, hunting on his family farm, ordering weekly sushi take-out, and watching the Florida Gators. His career aspirations include being a stay-at-home trophy husband for his wife, Dr. Cristin Gavin.
Coming out of college Sarah started her career with Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. After over 8 years of financial/investment experience she changed career paths to become a mathematics educator for middle/high school students. She passionately taught for 7 years, but after having children decided to take some time off to care for her family. With her husband starting a residential home remodeling business, she was happy to help with the bookkeeping ultimately becoming the company’s Financial Officer. She is excited to bring her passion for numbers and financial understanding to White Oak Pro Construction.
When not working Sarah treasures time with her family- husband Toby and children Oaklyn, Finley, Wade, and newest baby Harbor. Her passions are bowling, fishing, art, and music. She also loves attending church with her family on Sunday mornings to worship and hear the word.
